| We will gladly exchange products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. AtmosUSA LLC/VaporAlley does not offer refunds. If a product is defective and needs to be exchanged, you the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds or returns on e-juice. No warrantee on atomizers, cartomizers or clearomizers. "Warranty” means repair or replacement of defective item. (no refunds) Replacement parts will not be sent until defective parts are received by us and inspected. Defective parts must be received in original packaging. |

VaporAlley offers 1st Class shipping at $4.00 and Priority mail at $7.00 per order.
All shipments are insured, for non-delivered, or lost. Orders that show as "delivered" by USPS are not covered by our insurance and VaporAlley will not reship your order.
Shipping Time -- VaporAlley provides fast shipping and you will in most cases receive your order in 2-5 days. Read our shipping reviews HERE.We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by VaporAlley or other parties only as an estimate.
